Mobile Utility Studio

BUILT TO LAST.
Built to last.

We design and publish mobile utility apps — cleaners, privacy tools, converters, and productivity utilities — crafted for real daily use and sustainable long-term engagement.

Eight categories,
one standard of craft.

Storage Cleaners

Junk-file detection, cache clearing, and duplicate removal. Built to perform reliably on mid-range devices where storage pressure is a daily reality.

VPN & Privacy

Consumer VPN clients and DNS-level privacy tools built around data minimisation from the first commit. No telemetry retrofitted after launch.

File Converters

Document and media conversion — PDF, image, audio, video — processed on-device to keep user files away from third-party servers.

Camera & Scanner

Document scanners, QR readers, and watermark tools for the everyday image-utility use cases the stock camera skips.

Battery & Device

Battery monitors and background-process managers. Transparent about what software can and cannot affect at the hardware level — no inflated claims.

Productivity Utilities

Focus timers, note tools, and calendar helpers. Single-purpose, zero bloat — the kind of app that disappears into a user's routine without demanding attention.

Safety Utilities

Network security scanners and data-exposure checkers that surface risks in plain language, without alarmist framing or inflated threat scores.

System Diagnostics

Hardware monitors, storage analytics, and device health tools for users who want transparency about what is actually running on their phone.

Four things we
won't compromise on.

01
One job, done right

The most trusted utility apps do one thing without compromise. We scope each product around a single core function and resist feature bloat until that function is airtight. A cleaner that cleans well is worth more than a suite that does five things loosely.

02
Honest about what we do

No manufactured urgency, no inflated scan results, no dark-pattern subscriptions. The app shows what it found. The user decides what to do next. We believe the utility category earns trust slowly and loses it instantly — so we protect it on every screen.

03
Retention over acquisition

Downloads can be bought. Day-30 retention cannot. Every product decision — from onboarding structure to notification timing — is measured against one question: does this bring someone back tomorrow? We optimise for behaviour, not install volume.

04
Distribution by design

ASO, review strategy, UA, and monetisation architecture are planned in the brief — not bolted on at launch. We treat discoverability as an engineering problem because a well-built app that nobody finds is not a success by any measure that matters.

From brief
to store.

01
Scope & Define

We open with a written brief: category, market, monetisation model, and the single metric that defines success. We audit the App Store category, map the competitive gap, and produce a one-page spec before any design work begins.

02
Prototype & Validate

A working prototype is on real hardware within a few weeks. Core flows and onboarding are tested by actual users before production assets are made. We fix problems at wireframe cost, not production cost.

03
Build & Ship

Sprints of two weeks, builds to TestFlight from sprint one. Soft launch in one market, live retention data informs the first iteration, then global rollout once key metrics hold. Post-launch monitoring and the first update are included, not invoiced separately.

Frequently asked.

What platforms do you develop for?

iOS and Android natively, targeting both platforms simultaneously or starting single-platform for a faster initial launch, with the second added in a subsequent update.

Do you work on existing apps as well as new builds?

Both. New products from brief to store, and live apps that need a feature overhaul, a monetisation rethink, or a performance rewrite. Bring us a brief and we'll scope it with an honest timeline.

How long does a typical project take?

A VPN or cleaner MVP from spec to store submission is typically eight to twelve weeks. A more complex utility with custom backend integrations runs twelve to sixteen. Scope defines timeline — we say so upfront, not at the halfway point.

Do you offer white-label builds?

Yes. White-label utility and VPN apps — your branding, your store listing, your user relationship. We provide the infrastructure and codebase; everything facing the end user is yours to own and operate.

What's included in an engagement?

Brief, scope, design, development, App Store submission, review support, post-launch monitoring, and the first live update. One engagement, one team, one point of contact throughout — no split invoices for standard deliverables.
